Job summary

Appoint Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join the pre-construction team in the earthworks and civil engineering sector. The role involves preparing tenders, producing first-principles estimates for labour, plant and materials, and reviewing drawings and tender documentation.

This position offers predominantly remote work with typically one site/office visit per week, and a salary up to £95,000 DOE plus package.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering contracting experience is essential.
• Strong estimating and first-principles pricing experience.
• Earthworks experience is highly beneficial.
• Experience with Causeway is advantageous.
• Good commercial and technical understanding of civil projects.

Our client, an established earthworks contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team.

This is an excellent opportunity offering predominantly remote working, with typically just one visit per week to site/office.
