Hampshire County Council is seeking a commercially minded Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to lead estate management across a diverse public sector portfolio, delivering professional property services and strategic asset management.

You will manage landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals, and drive major property projects with internal and external teams, ensuring projects stay on time, within budget, and deliver value to communities.

Qualificações

• MRICS Chartered Surveyor with experience in estate management or the wider property sector.
• Strong experience in landlord and tenant work, acquisitions, disposals and strategic estate projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and manage Hampshire County Council's land and property portfolio.
• Lead on diverse property transactions and major projects with internal/external teams.
• Implement strategic policies and deliver commercially sound property solutions.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to high professional standards.
