Job summary

Hampshire County Council is recruiting a Senior Estates Surveyor to manage a substantial public sector estate across Hampshire, including schools, historic buildings and commercial assets. You will provide professional estate management advice and support asset strategy.

This role requires MRICS status with estate management experience, strong landlord and tenant expertise, and proven negotiation and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Chartered Surveyor MRICS with estate management or wider property sector experience.
• Strong landlord and tenant experience, acquisitions, disposals and strategic estate projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional estates management advice for Hampshire County Council's land and property portfolio.
• Lead on landlord/tenant work, property transactions and asset strategy with senior stakeholders.
