You will act as the intelligent client for a diverse portfolio, providing strategic advice and leading complex real estate transactions.

Qualificações

• Experience in estate management and land assembly.
• Experience managing a diverse property portfolio including commercial and rural estates.
• Ability to manage lettings and maximise income from property assets.

• Lead property and estate initiatives including acquisitions and disposals.
• Support major infrastructure and regeneration projects with land assembly.
• Prepare business cases, option appraisals and briefing reports for senior managers.
