Worcestershire County Council is seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor for its Estates Team within Corporate Landlord Services. The role covers rent reviews, leases and renewals, acquisitions and disposals, and service charges to deliver property solutions for council services.

The post is hybrid. You will work with colleagues across the directorate and public sector partners, bringing a Chartered status (RICS) and a proven track record in estate surveying to the team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Member or Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
• Successful track record in a similar surveying role.

Responsabilités

• Manage rent reviews across a wide property portfolio
• Handle new leases and lease renewals
• Carry out property acquisitions and disposals
• Manage service charges
• Undertake general practice estate management
• Support service delivery through property solutions
• Work with the directorate, the wider council and public sector partners to meet corporate objectives
