Job summary

Worcestershire County Council is looking for an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to join the Corporate Landlord Services team. This permanent role offers hybrid working and a focus on property solutions across a broad portfolio, including rent reviews, leases and disposals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and be a qualified Member or Fellow of RICS. Salary £46,104–£49,121 per annum, with 35 hours per week and generous annual leave.

• Qualified Member or Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
• Proven track record in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide portfolio of properties including rent reviews, leases, acquisitions and disposals, and service charges.
• Engage with internal teams and public sector partners to support corporate objectives and estate management.
