Qualifications

• Experienced in hard services estates management.
• Experience in managing facilities soft services is preferred.
• Ability to operate at senior level in Group Wide E&F Team and at Local site level.
• Responsible for site maintenance and compliance, project management, group standards and minor works.

Responsabilités

• Lead the professional management across Estates & Facilities.
• Manage hard and soft FM services contracts, internal and external, and all staff levels.
• Ensure compliance with statutory instruments and guidance for building fabric and engineering services.
• Lead the implementation of the group’s wider estates and facilities strategies.
• Oversee professional and technical management of specialised E&F areas at site level (Electrical, Medical Gases, Fire Safety, etc.).
• Deliver E&F regulatory standards and national policies.
