Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Estates Services Site Lead in Rochdale at Birch Hill Hospital. The role covers day-to-day site operations, maintenance and liaison with staff, visitors and contractors to maintain safe estates environments.

The post holder leads a team and will participate in on-call duties, with a focus on high-quality service delivery within the NHS estates framework.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 2/3 in Electrical, Building or Mechanical services or equivalent.
• City & Guild PAT certificate is required.
• Basic numeric and literacy skills.
• Experience in NHS estates operations and CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, site inspections and general repairs.
• Lead for all building users, visitors, staff and contractors on estates-related activities.
• Carry out daily checks and regular audits of the environment to meet users’ needs.
• Liaise with E&F helpdesk and assist with contractor site access.
