Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to oversee all planned and reactive maintenance at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital site, covering electrical, mechanical, building services, and grounds. You will lead estates teams, monitor performance with CAFM systems and ensure compliance and continuity of care.

The role requires a degree and estates qualifications, with NHS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Formal Estates qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage in house and contractors undertaking maintenance tasks across the estates.
• Manage and monitor service level agreements.
• Undertake Authorised Persons duties in specialist services.
• Ensure Business Continuity plans are developed and tested.
