Job summary

The Site Maintenance Manager at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for all planned and reactive maintenance at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital site, covering electrical, mechanical, building services and grounds. As a senior member of Estates, the post holder will use CAFM systems to monitor maintenance performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management within a healthcare estates environment.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services and grounds maintenance.
• Ability to monitor performance and compliance using CAFM systems.

• Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance at the Basingstoke site.
• Manage in-house teams and external contractors for maintenance tasks.
• Monitor service level agreements and contractor performance.
