Job summary

Ministry of Justice is seeking a Senior Administration Officer for the Yorkshire and the Humber Probation Service. These are temporary roles until 2027 with the potential to be extended.

• Willing to travel regularly across the region

Responsibilities

• Logging and monitoring of estates and/or FM issues
• Maintaining records, compliance documentation and audit trails
• Creating/maintaining performance reports and dashboards
• Co-ordinating meetings, site visits, and contractor access
• Minute taking, tracking and assurance of action logs
• Acting as first point of contact for routine queries via the Estates Functional Mailbox
