Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage regulatory engagement with ORR, AsBo.
• Experience working within major rail programmes like Digital Railway.
• Familiarity with Network Rail's ESAC process.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Freightliner’s Programme Assurance Plan.
• Ensure compliance with Network Rail's assurance processes.
• Identify and manage assurance-related risks.

Skills

Experience leading APIS and PIU assurance

Knowledge of ERTMS/ETCS deployment assurance

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Expertise in CSM-REA safety engineering processes

Resilience and logical thinking

Education

Chartered Engineer (CEng) or equivalent
