Job summary

Freightliner Group Ltd is seeking an ERTMS Business Change Manager to steer the people, training and business readiness elements of the ERTMS programme across multiple UK sites. You will shape the change strategy, coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure readiness ahead of implementation, safeguarding safety and performance outcomes.

The role requires strong change leadership, stakeholder engagement and training capability, with a focus on sustainable adoption and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale business change programmes in transport/logistics sectors.
Strong stakeholder management across operations, engineering and training functions.
Proven ability to design and deliver training, competence assessments and change-readiness activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the ERTMS Business Change Strategy and plans.
Lead business readiness across Operations, Engineering, Safety, Training and Control.
Define and mitigate organisational impacts from ERTMS implementation.
