Job summary

FindCore is seeking a Sales Manager in the Church Crookham, Hampshire area for a senior commercial role focused on ERP and enterprise SaaS solutions. This permanent, full-time position offers hybrid working and uncapped commission, with a base salary that is fully negotiable along with benefits.

You will drive new business growth, manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with senior decision-makers across mid-market and larger organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, SaaS, and enterprise software or technology sales.
• Proven ability to win significant B2B software deals.
• Experience selling major ERP platforms is highly advantageous.
• Experience with Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One/ByDesign is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business sales across ERP and enterprise software solutions.
• Develop opportunities via proactive prospecting and marketing-generated leads.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Engage with senior executives including CFOs, IT Directors and MDs.
• Present and demonstrate ERP solutions with Pre-Sales support.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts and sales activity.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Consultancy and Marketing teams.
