Applaud Recruitment is seeking an ERP recruitment leader to take ownership of an established division in Manchester, guiding five experienced ERP recruiters.

You will shape the strategy, drive growth, and develop client relationships while delivering commercial direction and mentoring the team.

With a hybrid working model (3 days in Manchester and 2 from home) and a commission scheme up to 50%, this role offers significant financial upside and leadership autonomy.

Qualifications

• Established ERP recruitment leader with a strong track record.
• Experience within ERP markets such as Microsoft Dynamics or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop five ERP recruiters.
• Drive divisional performance, profitability and sustainable growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity and maximise potential.
• Develop client relationships and support business development.
• Set clear direction while enabling autonomy for consultants.
