Job summary

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) seeks a Senior Analyst to design and configure the Hive EPR application, aligning it with clinical and operational workflows. You will bridge new technology with services and support Hive transitions to success.

You will analyse processes with staff, agree on standards, and incorporate future workflows into Epic, ensuring compliance with auditing requirements. Collaboration with BI and data teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or a Masters in a relevant area.
• Clinical qualification or experience in clinical systems implementation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure the Hive Application to fit working practices and standards.
• Analyse processes with staff to agree on clinical/operational standards and future Epic workflows.
• Lead engagement with clinicians and staff regarding the application and collaborate with BI & Data Assurance teams.
