Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (RDUH) seeks an experienced Application Analyst to join the Willow team, focusing on Pharmacy-related EPR configuration and optimization. The role operates within the EPR Configuration Team, supporting ongoing refinements and upgrades to our Epic Willow environment.

You will be based at one of four Devon locations, with travel to sites across Devon, and occasional evenings or weekends for system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy background or Epic certification with Willow experience.
• Support refinement and optimization of the EPR system.
• Willingness to travel to Devon sites and work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Join the Willow team in the EPR Configuration Group to optimize Willow (Pharmacy) workflows.
• Support configuration, testing and rollout activities for the EPR system across Devon sites.
