Job summary

Dragados UK & Ireland seeks a Lead Environmental to oversee environmental performance of the MDJV Curzon Street project and develop strategies promoting sustainable development. You will lead and manage Environmental tasks across design and construction.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects and specialists to integrate environmental design, ensure compliance with environmental laws, and drive continual improvement of the EMS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee environmental performance and EMS across the Dragados UK & Ireland projects.
• Lead compliance with UK environmental law, sponsor requirements and HS2 standards.
• Develop and implement ISO 14001-aligned procedures and reporting.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and specialists to integrate environmental design.
• Manage environmental incidents, audits, non-conformities and monthly reporting.
• Provide training and coaching to the Environmental Team and drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with regulators, clients and stakeholders on environmental matters.
