Job summary

Dragados UK & Ireland, based in London, seeks an experienced Design Manager to lead design coordination, submissions, and assurance on the Euston Station Project (MDJV).

You will work with the Senior Design Manager, liaise with the Principal Designer and client, manage design packages through concept to detailed design, ensure safety and quality, and drive value through collaborative design.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar design management role within large engineering/construction projects.
• Educated to degree level in an engineering discipline; professional body membership preferred.
• CSCS and Sentinel Card are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress design packages through Concept, Scheme and Detailed design to completion.
• Guide design development to achieve safe, buildable, operable and maintainable assets.
• Ensure assurance deliverables and design submissions are reviewed and signed off before client/third parties.
• Coordinate with client, Principal Designer and Design teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support safety and sustainability standards across design activities.
