Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd seeks a Staff-level Systems Analyst for the EMEA IT organisation. The role blends enterprise systems analysis, process optimisation and AI enablement to maximise value from Qualcomm enterprise applications across Finance, Sales, Operations and HR.

It is a consultative, non-supporting position bridging business needs with global IT delivery. The successful candidate will partner with regional business leaders, document requirements, influence stakeholders

Qualifications

IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience analysing complex business problems and defining system-based solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications and automated systems.
Ability to create functional and system specifications meeting user requirements.

Responsibilities

Analyse complex business problems and identify how automated systems and AI-enabled capabilities can help solve them.
Assess existing processes and system usage to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
Create and review functional specifications translating business needs into requirements for owners and delivery teams.
Support configuration analysis, user acceptance planning and validation of changes.
