AQA is seeking a strategic Application Support Manager in Manchester to shape a proactive, enterprise-scale support function across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Workday and AI tools. This senior leadership role offers hybrid working and accountability for live services.

You will lead internal teams and suppliers, define end-to-end support processes, govern risk and continuity, and partner with stakeholders to drive service excellence and value for the organisation's education portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading enterprise SaaS application support and management teams.
• Expert knowledge of application governance, audit, risk, resilience and continuity.
• ITIL certified and strong governance, risk and supplier management skills.

• Lead the application support function and develop its people.
• Define and improve end-to-end support and application management processes across the portfolio.
• Keep governance, audit, risk, resilience and continuity at the centre of live service.
• Provide proactive support and clear communications for system users and citizen developers.
• Plan demand, priorities, capacity and the right blend of internal and third-party resources.
• Hold suppliers to account for quality, value, pace, risk and agreed outcomes.
• Design support models for new applications and ensure smooth transition from change delivery into live service.
