Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies International Ltd is seeking a Staff-level Systems Analyst to join the EMEA IT organisation. This consultative role focuses on enterprise systems, process optimisation and AI enablement, bridging business needs with global IT delivery teams.

Responsibilities include analysing complex problems, translating requirements for application owners, and promoting AI-enabled process improvements across functions such as finance, sales, operations and HR.

Qualifications

5+ years IT experience with enterprise systems analysis and delivery.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements for delivery teams.
Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, documentation and facilitation skills.
Understanding of AI-enabled capabilities in enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex business problems and identify system-based solutions.
Define functional and system specifications for delivery teams.
Collaborate with regional business leaders to gather requirements and validate outcomes.
Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and data capabilities to improve processes.
Lead or support workshops, discovery sessions and reviews with stakeholders.
