Job summary

Qualifications

• IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and define system-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications and automated systems.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and system specs.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business problems and identify how automated systems, enterprise applications and AI-enabled capabilities can help solve them.
• Assess existing processes and system usage to identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation and adoption.
• Create and review functional and system specifications translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Support configuration analysis, user acceptance planning and validation of delivered changes.
• Engage with regional business leaders to represent requirements to global IT delivery teams.
