Job summary

Nebuly is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to own the technical journey from the first demo to expansion. You’ll articulate Nebuly’s value to enterprise teams and translate technical data into a compelling ROI story for C-level audiences.

In this role spanning pre-sales and post-sales, you’ll run pilots end-to-end, design cloud or on‑prem deployment architectures, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive value and revenue growth across UK-based customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise observability, monitoring, or analytics infrastructure (Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Kubernetes and cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communicator, able to pitch to a C-level and work with DevOps teams.
• Team player who can work across disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with sales and support teams.
• Strong commercial instinct: link technical success to revenue.
• Willing to travel about 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Directors to win technically complex enterprise deals.
• Own pilots end to end, from technical setup to demonstrating value, and build the technical business case.
• Run demos for prospects, from technical teams to C-level.
• Lead technical discovery: the customer's AI stack, data infrastructure, security requirements and deployment constraints.
• Design the integration and deployment architecture for customers and prospects (cloud or on-premise).
• Monitor adoption, identify risks early, and drive value realization with customers post-sale.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities with the Sales team.
• Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to evolve the product based on customer needs.
