Job summary

Nebuly is a fast-growing startup delivering an ROI platform for enterprise AI, working with Fortune 500-scale customers across the UK. You’ll own the technical side of the customer journey from initial demo to expansion, translating complex data into a compelling value proposition for C-level audiences.

This is a technical closer and value driver role, accountable for pilots conversion and revenue expansion, with high ownership and opportunities to shape the product based on field feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or TAM role in B2B SaaS.
• Strong background in enterprise observability, monitoring or analytics infra (Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, New Relic a plus).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Kubernetes and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent communicator able to pitch to C-level and work with DevOps teams.
• Commercially minded with ability to drive revenue through technical success.
• Willing to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Directors to win technically complex enterprise deals.
• Own pilots end to end from technical setup to value demonstration.
• Run demos for prospects including technical teams and C-levels.
• Lead technical discovery: AI stack, data infra, security requirements, deployment constraints.
• Design integration and deployment architecture (cloud or on-premise).
• Monitor adoption, identify risks, and drive usage and value realization.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities with Sales.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evolve the product.
