Job summary

Kernel is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to build marketing from the ground up and make Kernel easy to understand and buy for customers and partners. You’ll own positioning, launches, and enable the sales team.

Based in London, you will work directly with the founders and drive high‑impact product narratives, case studies, and demand generation in a fast-growing AI startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven product marketing experience at a high-growth startup with measurable business impact.
• Experience writing technical content and positioning narratives.
• Led large launches or repositioning projects with independent planning.
• Ability to work fast, with sales and founders, and to execute well.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and narrative for direct customers and partners.
• Write the technical story with product and tech documentation teams.
• Own announcements and launches and plan execution.
• Equip sales with messaging, demos and battlecards.
• Build social proof through case studies and customer references.
• Allocate ~5% of time to events, website, and other growth activities.
