OneAdvanced Limited is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Lead to drive NHS market expansion across Finance, HR, payroll and procurement. You’ll ace strategic transformation and shape compelling viewpoints that unlock long-term value with enterprise clients, using MEDDICC or Sandler methodologies.

You will own the full sales cycle, engage CFOs and senior leaders, and collaborate across Solutions Consultants and Enterprise Architects to deliver robust, compliant solutions.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience selling NHS SaaS solutions to finance, HR, payroll or procurement domains.
• Proven ability to engage CFOs and senior leaders in complex transformation programs.
• Strong track record of managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and driving deal velocity.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead discovery with CFOs and senior leaders to uncover priorities and shape solutions.
• Position the organization as a trusted advisor through compelling viewpoints.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Enterprise Architects on compliant, robust solutions.
• Develop market insights and prioritise opportunities through account mapping.
• Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts to maximise long-term value.
