Job summary

Dandy is transforming the dental industry with a scalable operating system for dental offices. We are seeking a Large Enterprise Account Executive (UK) to lead complex, executive-level sales across NHS, private and mixed models in the UK.

You will own multi-region enterprise deals, build top-down strategies with senior stakeholders, and work with a dedicated team to win master agreements and large-scale rollouts. UK-specific dental market knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder, enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to C-suite and executive levels.
• Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management.
• Track record of pilots and converting to larger agreements.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads through discovery calls with senior stakeholders.
• Identify and break into large multi-region dental groups and corporates across the UK.
• Build relationships with regional managers, practice managers and clinicians to drive adoption and new client acquisition.
• Partner with Inside AE to win Large Enterprise accounts via a hybrid approach.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees including CEO/COO, clinical director, finance and procurement.
• Meticulously track your sales activity in Salesforce and strive to exceed targets.
• Help shape UK playbook, positioning and pricing for large enterprise sales.
