Job summary

OneAdvanced Limited is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Lead to drive NHS market expansion across Finance, HR, payroll and procurement domains. You will use MEDDICC or Sandler to navigate complex stakeholders and shape compelling value propositions for long‑term growth.

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, engage CFOs and Transformational leaders, and collaborate with Solution Consultants to deliver compliant, high‑value solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive NHS SaaS sales experience driving transformation in finance, HR, payroll or procurement.
• Proven ability to engage C-suite and senior leaders across complex organisations.
• Track record of navigating multi-stakeholder, enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close with multi-channel approach.
• Lead discovery with CFOs, Finance Directors, IT and Transformation leaders.
• Position OneAdvanced as trusted advisor through compelling POVs.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and Enterprise Architects on compliant solutions.
• Develop industry insight and market mapping to prioritise opportunities.
• Manage and expand strategic enterprise accounts for long‑term growth.
• Maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy and governance.
