Job summary

Hack The Box is seeking a Senior Product Manager within the Enterprise Product team to define and deliver products that help enterprise customers adopt, manage, and scale Hack The Box across their organisations.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to solve complex problems, drive strategy, and deliver measurable business impact while balancing customer needs and technical feasibility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Product Management experience with a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience dealing with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration with product marketing, sales and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and delivery of data-centric features with high adoption of reporting tools.
• Define and implement a KPI-backed roadmap focusing on data accuracy and user engagement.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data Engineering to translate raw data into a product vision.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to convey value of insights.
• Conduct deep-dive sessions with B2B customers to translate data needs into features.
• Own the product area with independent goals aligned to company vision.
