Job summary

Bionic is the UK’s leading business switching service, supporting over 230,000 SME customers to save time, hassle and money. The Business Development Lead role is a senior contributor, responsible for creating new routes to market through strategic enterprise partnerships.

You will engage with C-level executives, shape commercial propositions and drive deals from first conversation to launch, balancing hunter instincts with strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in Enterprise Business Development or Strategic Partnerships.
• Proven track record of originating, negotiating and closing major partnerships.
• Experience selling into large organisations with multiple stakeholders.
• Background in FinTech, SaaS, Banking, Tech, Marketplaces or similar high-growth B2B businesses is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Target high-value enterprise prospects and identify new opportunities.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to signature.
• Develop routes to market with Product, Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Model and forecast opportunities to ensure attractive commercial outcomes.
• Lead opportunities through launch with strong internal handovers and momentum.
• Continuously improve how we identify and convert enterprise opportunities.
