Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Partner Delivery Manager to own and scale strategic relationships with global SI, consulting, and implementation partners. You will enable partners to deliver transformative AI and customer experience solutions for enterprise customers, shaping how enterprise partners adopt, scale, and operationalize agentic AI.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services.
• Proven track record with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners to drive measurable customer outcomes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models, implementation methodologies (SAFe Agile, waterfall), and project governance.
• Strong executive presence, able to lead executive reviews and communicate confidently with partner leadership, customer executives, and technical teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Management: Own a portfolio of strategic Parloa partners and build trusted relationships with partner executives and delivery stakeholders.
• Practice Advisory: Advise partners on building and scaling their Parloa services practice, including delivery methodologies and go-to-market motions.
• Delivery Oversight: Guide partners through enterprise AI and CX transformation programs and manage risks and escalations.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Managers to align partners with internal teams across Customer Success and Professional Services.
• Program Operations: Drive governance structures, success metrics, and delivery reviews to scale Partner Success programs.
