Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with strategic partners or partner-led delivery models.
• Strong systems thinking across multiple systems and data sources.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON/XML and API testing tools.
• Excellent English communication and consultative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI Agent deployments for enterprise environments.
• Define integrations with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, and contact center systems.
• Lead workshops and architecture reviews with partners and customers.
• Translate requirements into structured conversational components and prompts.
