Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Partner Delivery Manager to own and scale strategic relationships with global SI, consulting, and implementation partners responsible for delivering AI and customer experience solutions at enterprise scale.

You will shape how partners adopt, scale, and operationalize agentic AI, driving partner success across success metrics, governance, and collaborative programs with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services.
• Proven track record with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models, methodologies (SAFe, Agile/Waterfall), and governance.
• Excellent written and spoken English with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic Parloa partners and build trusted relationships with executives and delivery leads.
• Advise partners on building and scaling their Parloa services practice and go-to-market motions.
• Guide partner-led enterprise AI and CX transformation programs and manage risks and escalations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Partner Managers and cross-functional internal teams.
• Drive governance, metrics, and reviews to scale Partner Success programs.

About the role:

As Sr Partner Delivery Manager, you will own and scale strategic relationships with Parloa's global SI, consulting, and implementation partners, ensuring they can deliver transformative AI and customer experience solutions for enterprise customers.

Areas of ownership:

• Partner Relationship Management: Own a portfolio of strategic Parloa partners, building trusted relationships with partner executives, practice leads, delivery managers, architects, and customer stakeholders.
• Practice Advisory: Act as strategic advisor to partners on building and scaling their Parloa services practice, covering delivery methodologies, organizational structure, certifications, and go-to-market motions.
• Delivery Oversight: Guide partners through complex enterprise AI and CX transformation programs, monitor partner-led implementations, and proactively manage risks and escalations to drive successful outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Account Executives and Partner Managers on strategic deals, and ensure close alignment between partners and internal teams across Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Solution Engineering.
• Program Operations: Drive operational rigor through governance structures, success metrics, delivery reviews, and executive business reviews, while helping scale Partner Success programs, playbooks, and frameworks.

Who you are:

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services
• Proven track record working with global systems integrators, consulting firms, or implementation partners to drive measurable customer outcomes
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery models, implementation methodologies (SAFe Agile, waterfall), and project governance
• Strong executive presence, able to lead executive reviews and communicate confidently with partner leadership, customer executives, and technical teams
• Excellent written and spoken English is required
