Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Partner Agent Architect to drive enterprise AI agent deployments and partner enablement. You will design integrations, lead technical discovery, and translate customer requirements into scalable agent architectures across CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing platforms.

You will work with partners and enterprise customers to shape solution architecture, from discovery through implementation, applying prompt engineering, LLM concepts, and robust integration patterns for reliable AI

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer-facing technical roles (solution/ systems architecture, or complex SaaS implementation).
• Experience with strategic partners, systems integrators, or partner-led delivery models.
• Strong systems thinking across multiple systems and data sources.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON/XML, Postman, OAuth, API keys, and JWT.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI Agent deployments for enterprise environments.
• Define integrations with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, contact center tools.
• Guide partners on API design, authentication, data transformation, and mapping.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST, webhooks, JSON/XML payloads.
• Lead architecture reviews, discovery workshops, and design sessions.
• Translate customer workflows into structured prompts and agent behaviors.
• Apply LLM, prompting strategies, and context management to improve AI agents.
• Collaborate with engineering and partner teams to enable successful deployments.
