Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Partner Agent Architect to operate at the crossroads of enterprise solution architecture, conversational AI, and partner enablement. You will guide strategic partners and enterprise customers through discovery, end-to-end architecture, and integration design for AI Agents.

The role blends deep technical work with high-touch advisory, helping organisations deploy scalable, reliable AI-powered customer experiences and shaping the conversations layer with prompt strategies

Qualifications

4+ years in enterprise customer-facing technical roles.
Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and integrations.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to translate customer requirements into reliable AI-driven architectures.
Hands-on experience with integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI Agent deployments across complex enterprise environments.
Define how Parloa integrates with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing platforms, and other enterprise apps.
Lead technical discovery workshops and architecture reviews with partners and customers.
Translate workflows into structured conversational components and reliable AI agent behavior.
Guide partners and customers on API design, authentication, data transformation and integration patterns.
