Job summary
La Fosse is seeking a Lead Implementation Manager to deliver complex software implementations for enterprise clients. You will own projects from kickoff to go-live, adoption and handover, working with Product, Engineering and Business teams to ensure success.
You will manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, drive delivery plans, and provide executive reporting. This is a senior client-facing role in a hybrid Manchester setting with opportunities to influence strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience leading complex software implementations end-to-end from kickoff to go-live.
- Strong ability to influence senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Proven collaboration with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.
- Experience in regulated environments such as FS/FinTech is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end software implementations for enterprise clients.
- Manage deployment, testing, release, adoption and support transition.
- Develop and govern delivery plans, RAID logs and risk management.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve technical challenges.
- Lead stakeholder engagement from users to C-suite sponsors.
- Provide clear executive-level reporting and recommendations.
