Job summary

Ambis Resourcing Partnership is seeking a Senior ERP Implementation Consultant to manage a team of six consultants in a fully remote role. You will direct delivery, mentor staff and engage with clients to ensure successful ERP implementations.

The role focuses on efficient delivery, accurate discovery and scoping, and strengthening go-live handovers. You will drive process improvements and contribute to leadership visibility in Professional Services.

Qualifications

• Proven ERP delivery experience from discovery to go-live.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring consultants.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of six ERP Implementation Consultants.
• Oversee multiple implementations, keeping projects moving and addressing risks early.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity, timesheets, chargeability and utilisation.
• Improve discovery, scoping and sales-to-delivery handovers.
• Establish clear project milestones, responsibilities and reporting.
• Strengthen documentation, testing, go-live and support handover processes.
• Create consistent client onboarding packs and practical guidance for consultants.
• Work closely with support and product management colleagues to coordinate delivery and priorities.
• Help recruit and onboard additional consultants as the team grows.
• Take an active role in complex projects and client escalations.
