Job summary

Infotel UK Consulting seeks a Senior Programme Manager to lead large-scale, multi-team delivery programs in the Northeast, onsite 2-3 days per week. You will align delivery with strategic goals and drive governance and risk management across teams.

With 10-15+ years of experience, you will influence senior and C-suite stakeholders, manage budgets, and coordinate internal and vendor teams using hybrid/Agile methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience managing large-scale programs and orchestrating multiple cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience serving clients in the Manufacturing or Automotive industries is preferred.
• Expert capability in engaging, influencing, and communicating with senior and C-suite leaders.
• Ability to work onsite at least 2-3 days a week.
• Deep knowledge of program governance, risk mitigation, financial tracking, and hybrid/Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-stream delivery teams to execute complex programs, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, presenting status updates, strategic roadmaps, and decision frameworks.
• Establish robust program governance, track progress, and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain alignment on delivery goals and standards.
