Job summary

TrustFlight, an Aerospace Safety Intelligence Platform, seeks an Enterprise Programme Manager in London to lead large-scale implementations with a multi-entity approach. You will own governance, drive milestones and manage stakeholders across the program landscape.

You will coordinate delivery teams, sign off readiness gates with executives, and shape go-live strategies while guiding pre-sales feasibility and post-implementation success planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise delivery experience across multi-workstream software implementations or business change programmes.
• Proven governance skills: PID, programme planning, RAID, change control, steering reporting.
• Executive presence: ability to chair steering groups and engage C-level stakeholders.
• Experience with multi-entity or group structures and delivering SaaS in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large implementation programmes, multi-entity rollouts.
• Own governance artefacts: PID, plan, RAID, change control, reporting, cadence.
• Define go-live readiness criteria and sign-off with executives and customer steering group.
• Manage scope through formal change control for out-of-scope items.
• Coordinate delivery teams and ensure milestone commitments.
• Engage executives, vendors and postholders; translate status to commercial/regulatory impact.
• Support pre-sales scoping and delivery feasibility for opportunities.
• Plan transition to business as usual with hypercare and success handover.
• Drive PMO standardisation across Implementation and coach teams.
