Job summary

Expian is a London-based SaaS ticketing platform seeking a Project Manager to own client onboarding from signed contract to live operations. This role requires delivering complex replacement programmes with strict timelines tied to events, and coordinating across product, engineering, support, and commercial teams.

You will lead discovery, solution design, configuration, data migration, and go-live readiness, with a focus on scope discipline, risk management, and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering software implementations for enterprise organisations.
• Experience coordinating with client teams and third‑party vendors within digital transformation programmes.
• Technical fluency across API‑first architectures, integration patterns, environments, and data migration.

Responsibilities

• From contract to go-live: own the full onboarding lifecycle including discovery, planning, configuration, integration, migration, testing, training and hypercare.
• On-time, on-budget delivery with milestones, dependencies and critical paths anchored to immovable dates.
• Scope and change control to keep a clear line between core product features, enhancements, and integrations.
• Cutover and go-live planning and execution including data migration and rollouts.
