Job summary

Model ML, an enterprise AI platform, is seeking a senior B2B sales leader for the Greater London region. You’ll own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, building a scalable pipeline and directing regional strategy with private equity, investment banks, and top consultancies.

You’ll collaborate with product and marketing to tailor solutions, manage executive relationships, and travel regionally as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in a venture-backed environment.
• Minimum of 5 years experience with private equity firms, investment banks, or tier 1 consultancies.
• Strong academic background from tier 1 institutions.
• MBA is a bonus but not required.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
• Identify potential clients, including private equity firms, investment banks, and relevant consultancies.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with industry key stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
