Job summary

Rasa is hiring a Senior BDR to drive enterprise pipeline. You will partner with AEs, target senior buyers, and navigate complex orgs in a fast-paced startup. You should be comfortable prospecting into enterprise accounts and collaborating across sales, marketing, and demand generation.

This is a full-time, 100% remote role based in the UK. You’ll report to the Manager of Global Business Development. We value curiosity, tenacity, and a strong work ethic as we scale our AI-driven offering.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a SaaS SDR or BDR role.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Have a bias towards action and strong organizational abilities.
• Understand and utilize AI tools to level up your craft.
• Sincere customer empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced startup team.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Rasa brand and provide an exceptional experience for prospects.
• Research accounts, identify leads, and qualify opportunities.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound activity (calls, emails, social).
• Track interactions and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Evangelize Rasa’s platform, mission and vision.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand generation to optimize the funnel and pipeline.
• Consistently exceed quota targets.
