Rolls-Royce in Derby is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect for Test & Experimental Engineering to shape and maintain the digital and IT architecture. You will translate business strategy into architectural direction, align delivery with enterprise standards, and work with senior leaders across Digital & IT and engineering teams.

You will drive strategic governance, link investments to outcomes, and ensure traceability of architecture changes, while mentoring delivery teams and preparing

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of enterprise architecture experience in a complex environment.
• Experience in highly regulated environments and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence across business and technical domains.
• Ability to translate business strategy into architectural direction.
• Degree in Engineering, IT, Computing or related field; security clearance eligibility.
• UK Five Eyes national and readiness to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Test & Experimental Engineering architecture aligned with strategy.
• Provide strategic direction to solution delivery teams and governance bodies.
• Link investments to business outcomes with clear value realization.
• Ensure traceability of changes with rationale and evidence.
• Coordinate engagement across Digital & IT, business and delivery teams.
• Prepare materials for governance forums and executive review.
