Rolls-Royce Corporation invites an experienced Enterprise Architect to join the Strategy & Enterprise Architecture team in Derby. The role focuses on maintaining architecture aligned to enterprise strategy, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring governance across Digital & IT, business and operational domains.

You will engage with senior leaders, translate strategy into architectural direction, and support change across Test & Experimental Engineering.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Enterprise Architecture within a complex environment.
• Experience translating business strategy into architectural direction and practical solutions.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments.
• Experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Degree in Engineering, IT, Computing or related discipline; UK Security Check clearance or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and align Test & Experimental Engineering architecture with enterprise strategy and Digital & IT standards.
• Provide strategic direction to solution delivery teams and ensure architectural decisions align with outcomes.
• Link investment and approvals to business outcomes; ensure initiatives’ scale and benefits are understood.
• Coordinate cross-functional engagement across Digital & IT, business, and delivery teams; present governance materials.
• Act as trusted advisor within Strategy & Enterprise Architecture and promote best practices.
