Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an Enterprise Architect for Test & Experimental Engineering in a Derby/Hybrid setting. You will join the Strategy & Enterprise Architecture team within Digital & IT, reporting to the Lead Enterprise Architect and shaping the delivery of the Digital & IT strategy across Rolls-Royce.

• Defined, developed and maintained enterprise architecture translating business strategy into architectural direction.
• Experience applying EA in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior/technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Test & Experimental Engineering architecture alignment with enterprise strategy and Digital & IT standards.
• Guide solution delivery teams, ensuring architectural decisions meet outcomes.
• Link investments to business outcomes and clearly articulate benefits.
• Ensure traceability of strategy and architecture with rationale and evidence.
• Coordinate engagement across Digital & IT, business and delivery teams; manage follow-ups.
• Prepare and present governance materials for leadership forums.
• Act as trusted advisor within Strategy & EA to drive transformation.
