Rolls-Royce is seeking an Enterprise Architect for Test & Experimental Engineering in Derby/Hybrid. You will shape the Digital & IT strategy, align architecture with business goals, and support senior leadership with actionable recommendations.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise architecture, experience in regulated environments, and strong stakeholder management. UK Security Check clearance or above may be required; Derby-based hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise Architecture within a complex organisation.
• Translating business strategy into architectural direction and practical solutions.
• Experience in highly regulated environments and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Test & Experimental Engineering architecture aligned to strategy and standards.
• Provide strategic direction to solution delivery teams for architectural decisions.
• Link investment approvals to business outcomes with clear benefits understanding.
• Ensure changes to strategy and architecture are traceable with rationale and records.
• Coordinate across Digital & IT, business and delivery teams; manage requirements.
• Prepare and present materials for governance forums.
• Act as trusted advisor within Strategy & Enterprise Architecture team.
