Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Derby is seeking a Technical Specialist - Business Architecture to shape the enterprise capability models and operating frameworks for our transformation agenda. You will bridge business strategy, operations and digital delivery, ensuring alignment across change programs and WS1 digital solutions.

You will define future-state models, govern data requirements, and collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners and Delivery Teams to realise strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience linking business strategy to technology delivery.
• Experience leading complex process or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong capability in business process modelling and operating models.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into architectural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise business capability models and future-state operating models aligned to strategy.
• Lead current-state and future-state process design, including value streams and workflows.
• Drive process simplification, standardisation and measurable designs.
• Own the link between business process architecture and digital solutions in WS1.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between objectives, capabilities, processes and data.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects, Product Owners and Delivery Teams.
• Define business information requirements and data models to aid decision-making.
• Support transformation initiative impact assessments and business case development.
• Apply governance standards and provide architectural assurance across programmes.
