Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Partner Agent Architect to guide enterprise customers and strategic partners in designing and deploying AI-driven customer experiences. You will orchestrate end-to-end solutions, focusing on scalable integrations and a robust conversational layer across multi-system environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering when needed, strong stakeholder communication, and shaping the technical roadmap for enterprise deployments with Parloa’s platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer-facing technical roles (solution/systems architecture or similar).
• Experience with strategic partners, SI firms, or partner-led delivery models.
• Solid understanding of REST/JSON, API testing, and authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT).

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end AI Agent deployments across complex enterprise environments.
• Design how Parloa integrates with CRMs, ERPs, ticketing and contact center platforms.
• Translate business requirements into structured prompts and agent behaviors.
• Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and design sessions with partners and customers.
• Support integration testing, data flows, and solution reliability across multi-system environments.
