Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Manager, Agent Architecture to lead and grow the team responsible for transforming customer service with AI Agents. You will personally guide live engagements while hiring, coaching, and setting goals for Agent Architects to ensure high-quality, scalable conversational experiences.

You will align capacity with multiple concurrent projects, represent the team to Sales, Product, and Engineering, and drive best practices across all client engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people, formal or informal, with mentoring and development.
• 3+ years of conversation design and AI agent development experience.
• Proven track record of building scalable solution architectures for conversational experiences.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and hire the Agent Architect team; coach and set goals for growth.
• Align team objectives with Professional Services priorities and manage capacity across engagements.
• Provide hands-on guidance to customers through AI Agent implementations end-to-end.
• Define quality standards for agents and document best practices across projects.
